Do you give free second opinions?

Yes. If another company has told you that you need a whole new system, call us and we will come out and look at it for free. You'll know step by step what you would be receiving before you decide.

Is the in-home estimate free?

Yes. In-home estimates are free, whether you need a new system or a fix. Call (951) 972-9726 to set a time during business hours.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes. Prime Air Conditioning and Heating holds California contractor license #1101871 in class C-20 (warm-air heating, ventilating and air-conditioning). The license is active, a contractor's bond is on file, and we carry workers' compensation insurance. You can look up the license on the CSLB website.

What services do you offer?

HVAC system repair, installation and maintenance. On the cooling side: AC repair, new air conditioners, tune-ups and ductless mini-splits. On the heating side: furnaces, heat pumps and boilers. We work in homes and businesses across Menifee and the Temecula Valley.

Do you install and move ductless mini-splits?

Yes. Customers have had us install a three-unit mini-split system in one day, and relocate a mini-split as part of a complete HVAC overhaul. Call for a free in-home estimate.

What does a maintenance visit include?

For air conditioning: cleaning and replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels and inspecting electrical connections. For furnaces: inspecting and cleaning the burner, checking and adjusting the pilot light and testing safety controls. Regular maintenance helps prevent costly breakdowns and keeps energy bills down.
